Yes, a $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from your final bill on the day of your service.
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please give at least 48 hours’ notice. Your deposit will either be transferred to your next appointment or refunded if requested. Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours of the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
You will receive a confirmation text 72 hours before your appointment. Simply reply with ‘YES’ or ‘NO’ to confirm, or contact me at 0433 828 565 if you need to reschedule. If I don’t receive a confirmation within 24 hours of your appointment, your booking may be canceled.
If you’re more than 15 minutes late, I may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure I stay on time for other clients. Please let me know in advance if you’re running late.
